pssao.com is the catalogue and information website of Partap Singh & Sons (PSS), a distributor of automobile spare parts established in 1951, operating 96 branches across India together with warehouses in the U.A.E. and Sri Lanka.

This site is for information. It has no user accounts, no shopping cart and no checkout — you cannot register, place an order or make a payment on pssao.com. Where a page invites you to “order online”, the link opens our separate ordering site, psspayments.com, which is governed by its own terms and its own privacy policy.

2. Accepting these terms

By using pssao.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the version published here is the one in force, and the date above tells you when it last changed.

3. Permitted use

You are welcome to browse the site, read our branch and brand information, and download the price lists and product catalogues we publish, for your own use as a customer or prospective customer of PSS. You may contact us through the enquiry form or by writing to any branch.

4. Prohibited use

You agree not to use this website unlawfully. In particular, you must not:

• attempt to breach the security of the site, or access data, servers or accounts you are not authorised to access;
• disrupt or overload the site, or use automated means to harvest its contents at a rate that interferes with normal service;
• republish our catalogues, price lists or branch data as your own, or present yourself as an agent, dealer or representative of PSS without our written authority;
• use the contact or careers forms to send advertising, bulk mail or malicious files.

5. Prices, catalogues and availability

The catalogues and price lists on this site are published for reference. Prices, specifications, part numbers and stock availability change, and manufacturers revise their own lists without notice. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a quotation, and a document here may not be the latest one in circulation. Please confirm current price and availability with the branch serving you before you rely on it. A sale is made only on the terms of the invoice issued by the branch.

The text, layout, photographs and compilation of this website belong to Partap Singh & Sons or to its suppliers, and are protected by copyright. Manufacturer names, part numbers, logos and catalogues reproduced here remain the property of their respective owners and appear for identification of the products we distribute. Their appearance does not imply that PSS owns those marks.

This site links to psspayments.com, to PSS Go and to manufacturer websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

8. Job applications

If you apply through our careers page you are sending us your CV and contact details. How we handle them is set out in our Privacy Policy. Applying does not create any obligation on either side.
